The training and tools provided by Deilen development gave me the know-how and confidence to have difficult, yet necessary conversations in a new and positive manner.

As a new leader of a team of leaders, I was optimistic, yet hesitant, to begin with a multi-day retreat whereby the team would be discussing team dynamics.  Frank led our team through fruitful discussion, asked the right questions and allowed us to reflect on how to be an improved team.

Our coach provided extremely valuable resources and leadership development training for me during my two and a half years leading and working on small teams. 

His root cause approach, analysis of team behavior and team coaching ultimately helped us navigate major project shifts and internal team disagreements. As a result, I am a better leader with an increased situationally awareness, understanding of team dynamics, and strong professional relationship building skills.

Fundamentally, we learned that people and people dynamics within a team are critical to its success, even more so than talent or capital resources.
