Frank Walsh is an engineer by training and a creative leader by passion. He has more than 30 years of experience in industry and firmly believes that people are the greatest resource of any company. Frank specializes in guiding individuals and organizations to reach their creative potentials and helping leaders develop authentic and engaging cultures of high performance. His practical, real-world experience covers the spectrum from lean start-ups to complex 100 year old global organizations. Frank’s experiences give him keen insight into what it takes to be an effective leader in any environment.

Ben Baker’s educational background is a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from St. Joseph’s University and a BSME from Lehigh University.  His experience spans nearly 30 years and includes positions in local business, his own businesses and large corporations, Ben’s life experiences, along with strong observation and listening skills within the work world have enlightened him.  Insights into what it takes to balance leadership and management behaviors for optimal human performance improvement in your situation will come quickly.  More importantly, his experiences provide the process knowledge to help you move your company to the next tier.

Scott Winkler holds a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is certified in Lean and Six Sigma, so he can really get in the trenches. Beyond that, Scott has a strong passion for team dynamics and professional relationships.   Scott has proven success leading teams through change in a global environment for both large and small sized companies.  His strong communication skills coupled with a high level of empathy provide a foundation which enables Scott to build strong relationships and a sense of community.
